Russ is an excellent source of information and help. His knowledge of marketing and how to connect with the right client is extensive. I don't know much about it but he patiently explained the processes, etc. and it helped clear up some misconceptions I had about marketing.

Russ and I worked together on several wireless network deployments for Safeco in Seattle, WA. Although the project spanned several months, the coordination between various trades and Safeco often required last minute requests for resources from Russ and his team. Additionally, he was asked to help solve several implementation challenges that were clearly outside of his area of responsibility. Throughout the project, Russ remained focused on achieving superior results for his customer. When faced with high pressure and somewhat stressful situations, he simply would not crack. I can't recall a time that I did not see him with a smile on his face or a positive word to share.
